About me

I’m a nutritionist with a MSc in Molecular Biology and I am currently doing a PhD on topics related to microbiome, autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, at the Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine of the University of Florence. I am also a qualified instructor of the Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training Program (MB-EAT), based on the method of Jean Kristeller and Andrea Lieberstein.

Why start a Nutrition and Movement training path?

You may find yourself in the position of being told to begin a dietary program, or you may simply be curious about how to stay healthy.
Changing diet and lifestyle regimen almost never works with sudden changes, but rather through a gradual process that is respectful of all that we are, aware of the potential fallout and, most importantly, of the resources we have achieved along the way.

My method incorporates food and movement based work: from formulating dietary plans with physical exercises and breathing techniques, to hands-on workshops on healthy and minful cooking, and in-depth classes on body awareness and eating habits.
